Social Worker of the Year Award 1999

CDR Henry Lopez presents the Social Worker of the Year for 1999 to CDR Richard G. Schulman. CDR Schulman received this award, "For outstanding leadership and contributions to the development of HIV Program management and services in the best tradition of the Public Health Service." The award was originally presented at the Uniformed Services Social Work Conference, San Diego, on January 21, 2000.
