Monitor and administer the Associate Recruiter Program for the HSO Category.
Attend monthly teleconference with the National Associate Recruiter Program Coordinator.
Provide approval/disapproval of all HSO applications for the Associate Recruiter Program.
Review all recruitment booth funding requests for the HSO category.
Present progress report at each HS PAC meeting.
Maintain HSO Welcome Packet.
Perform other duties as assigned by the PAC Chair and CPO.

Develop and implement a program to assist HSO applicants in becoming fully commissioned and identify and secure federal positions.
Create materials to disseminate among HSO COSTEPs and newly commissioned officers to assist with acclimation to Corps life and career development, and to assist in pairing these officers with mentors to guide their career development.
