What is Eligible for ARP Funding?
At this time, OCCO/DCCR/ARP has a very limited budget for helping to fund AR
recruitment activities. As a result, the ONLY considerations for
funding include presenter registration and/or booth fees at career
fairs or professional events, pending an approved request made at
least 3 months before the event. Travel and accommodations are NOT
currently funded.
CDR Steve Blackwell serves as the contact for funding requests and travels on
behalf of the Commissioned Corps in an official capacity as a
recruiter to larger professional conferences and events. Any
follow-up after the submission of your request regarding your event
should be directed to CDR Blackwell at Stephen.Blackwell@hhs.gov.

How do I Request ARP funding for an event?
CDR Steve Blackwell is the contact person for funding through the ARP. You
MUST make your request for funding at LEAST three months
prior to the event. Fill out the funding request form below and
submit it:

How do I request Recruitment Materials?
The supply for recruitment materials fluctuates as stock is replenished at
OCCO/DCCR. To request materials, email your Recruitment Materials
request form no later than four weeks before your event to your
designated ARP Lead. The HSO Leads are as follows:
